About Me

How Can We Help?

As a fully insured Licensed Builder, I am qualified with a Diploma of Building and Construction. I bring 25 years of experience within the construction industry, including the following roles:

  • Management of residential and commercial buildings for tier one builders in Perth.
  • Identifying defects and statutory warranty requirements for both new and old buildings and coordinating resolution.
  • Ability to identify defects in accordance with the Australian Standards' and the 'Building code of Australia'.
  • Completion of comprehensive inspections with ceiling, floor and roof access.
